Meet with one of our franchise recruitment specialists. We will discuss with you, your skills and experience and your desires for the future and help you decide which of our franchise opportunities would be best for you. Bring your wife/husband/partner along. It will be their business as well!

Visit our head office in Rugby. You will meet our staff and see how we run our business. Review our franchises in detail; discuss your earning requirements, location and type of business.

With our help, agree the best franchise for you.

Once your preferred franchise has been identified we will provide you with the earning potential, running costs and financial projections for your franchise in your area. We will give you a full breakdown of what is included in the franchise fee and detail what support you will get pre and post training.

We will arrange for you to spend time with with an existing franchisee in their territory, so you can see how they run the business and hear first hand about the support and development they receive from The Filta Group.

We will provide you with a sample franchise agreement and an outline of the training and development process.

Meet with our Directors so you can get a feel for their commitment to the franchise and learn about our business plans. Remember it is a business partnership.

When you are completely satisfied that you are making the right choice for the right reason we will send you an official offer letter laying out the next steps in buying the franchise.

Seek legal advice on the Franchise agreement. We will deal with any legal issues that you raise

Once you have signed your franchise agreement and paid your deposit we will begin to build your business for you.

If you are borrowing for your franchise we will help you make the necessary arrangements with a bank. We have a very good relationship with several major banks and can help you with all aspects of financing. We partner with a specialist vehicle broker who will arrange the lease of your vehicle.

We will help you register for VAT, set up your business bank account, arrange business insurance, order your vehicle, livery, equipment and handle all other aspects of creating your business.

The remainder of your franchisee fee will need to be paid before you commence training.

All that's left now is for you to enjoy the training and to look forward to your new life as a self employed business person, creating wealth for your family.

Our three month training and mentoring program starts with several days at our head office in Rugby. You will learn how to operate your business. You will learn how to market your business and how to find and keep customers. You will learn financial planning and reporting to ensure your business is a success.

Next stage of the training is to spend time 'in the field' with an existing franchisee. Learn what to do by working with a seasoned franchisee who has operated the business successfully. Learn what to do when you encounter challenges.

A short time after starting, our sales suport team will visit and spend several days helping you to develop your business and ensuring that you are on the road to long-term profitability.
